Technical Administrator – Security Technology If you have an interest in security technology and want to work with management and planning of telecommunications and security systems, this is an exciting role for you. The West Properties Construction and Management regional department has customer responsibility and serves as the representative for the property owner regarding the region's property portfolio and provides facilities for the region's operations. The properties include both those we own and external properties where the Western Götaland Region conducts operations. Activities in external properties can include, for example, health centers, dental clinics, and psychiatric clinics. About the Role You will be responsible for managing technical security systems (TSA) such as burglar alarms, fire alarms, access control systems, call systems, and locks in the Western Götaland Region's leased facilities in the Borås and Skövde areas. Management includes maintenance and reinvestment planning in both the short and long term, as well as inventory and development of existing security systems. Together with those responsible for operations, you will participate in analysis work regarding needs and design of technical security systems to find comprehensive solutions and develop project documentation. You will work as technical support and expert, providing assistance to colleagues on technical matters and ensuring that VGR's technical requirements and guidelines are met when security systems are installed or expanded. Additionally, you will participate in improvement work on technical security systems and develop new requirements and guidelines for the TSA area. This position will be part of the unit that manages externally leased facilities. The position is based at our office in Borås or Skövde, but the work will also involve travel throughout the region. Your Background You have higher education in a relevant field or other education and work experience that we consider equivalent. We are looking for someone with documented experience working with security technology and applicable industry regulations such as SSF, SBF, and BBR. You have a comprehensive understanding of security systems and low-voltage technology, and if you are specialized in an area such as fire safety, locks, alarms, etc., that is a merit. Logistics Coordinator with Responsibility for Emergency Supply Reserve Implementation

The Position and Your Responsibilities Botkyrka Municipality is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to lead the work of building and developing the municipality's emergency supply reserve. The position plays a central role in the municipality's civil preparedness efforts and aims to strengthen the ability to maintain critical societal functions during crises, societal disruptions, and heightened alert levels. As a Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for planning, establishing, and further developing an emergency supply reserve that will support the municipality's operations in situations such as supply disruptions or other crisis situations. The work encompasses both strategic planning and operational implementation and takes place in close collaboration with the municipality's departments, safety and security functions, the procurement unit, as well as external suppliers and cooperation partners. The position is located within the municipality's procurement unit, which consists of approximately 25 employees and is organized under the Municipal Executive Board administration. Your main responsibilities include: - Mapping the municipality's emergency supply reserve needs based on the critical functions of operations - Planning and establishing reserves for items such as supplies, protective equipment, spare materials, and other critical resources - Developing and managing procedures for procurement, inventory management, inventory counts, rotation, and distribution - Ensuring the emergency supply reserve complies with applicable legislation, guidelines, and the municipality's governing documents - Coordinating contacts with internal operations, suppliers, and external cooperation partners - Contributing to risk and vulnerability analyses, continuity planning, and exercise activities The role also includes monitoring costs and inventory status as well as documenting procedures and preparing decision-making materials as needed.
