Knislinge Health Center is located in Östra Göinge Municipality with good commuting options. It is a well-functioning and stable unit with just under 9,000 registered patients and approximately 48 employees. We work patient-centered and are committed to providing good and close care with careful attention, focusing on high accessibility, quality, and continuity. At the health center, six general medicine specialists and five ST doctors work together with nurses, paramedics, nursing assistants, and secretaries in close and well-functioning collaboration. The health center has extensive experience as a training health center and receives a varying number of AT and BT doctors who are part of our well-organized physician practice. Additionally, we have a mobile care team staffed by doctors every day, and we are responsible for two of the municipality's special housing facilities. Competence development is important to us and collegial dialogue is a high priority with regular physician meetings, scheduled development time, and opportunities for continuing education. We welcome your application! 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As a specialist physician with us, you work with investigating, treating, and following up patients of all ages. You have varied work with both acute and scheduled patient visits and collaborate closely with other professionals to provide patients with good and close care. We work in teams and have experienced district and nurses with their own specialist practices. At the health center there is a physiotherapy practice, psychosocial team, dietitian, occupational therapist, and rehabilitation coordinator, as well as a family center with child health services. Together we create good conditions for close collaboration and a holistic perspective on the patient. The operations also include a mobile doctor team with good cooperation with the municipality's nurses. The team is responsible for two of the municipality's special housing facilities and conducts acute home visits as needed. When you start with us, you will receive an individually tailored introduction based on your experience to create the best possible conditions for a safe start. You will receive your own patient list adapted to your degree of employment, with the goal of 1,100 registered patients at full-time. We continuously work to develop our operations and see you as an important part of our work to provide good and close care. QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for the position, you must be a specialist in general medicine with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Furthermore, you must have Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in general medicine and who shares the same goals and vision as us—to provide good, close, and high-quality care to our patients. You should be curious and responsive to patients' needs and have the ability to adapt to different circumstances. Furthermore, your work should be characterized by being thorough, structured, and having a flexible approach. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Salary range: 90,000–108,000 kr.
