Your tasks will vary depending on which restaurants you work in, but include everything from serving guests to handling the cash register. As a server/waitstaff member with us, you have a large and important responsibility, as you become the face of the entire restaurant. The guest's first impression is extremely important, and therefore your job can make a big difference to the overall experience. As a server/waitstaff, you'll work both day and evening shifts. You're good at seeing what needs to be done, you stay calm under pressure, you step up when needed, and you like working across departmental boundaries. You enjoy meeting new guests and ensuring their visit with us exceeds their expectations. Since families with children are our most important target group, it's important that you can specifically understand children's perspectives and needs. We're primarily looking for an attitude and mindset that fits with us, where work enthusiasm and passion for service are in focus. Requirements You should be comfortable with both English and/or Swedish. Merits Experience in restaurant work or relevant education. Driver's license and access to a car. Application This is a seasonal position from December to April and the position falls under the HRF collective agreement. Branäs works with Ljung & Sjöberg to prevent alcohol, drug, and gambling problems and is a certified Proactive workplace against this.
