As a social secretary for children and youth, you and your colleagues conduct investigations and follow up on granted services. Your work is based on current legislation, guidelines, and knowledge support. The work is conducted using the Signs of Safety approach with a focus on resources, strengths, and risks present in the family and network. Your work is very significant as you, in dialogue with children, youth, family, and network, work to find the best solution for each child. One of our social secretaries will be on parental leave, and we have chosen to make a permanent appointment of a new social secretary to cover the need during her parental leave and also for the future. She has worked part of her position in the intake unit, and this may also be relevant in this position, but change work is underway to implement the new Social Services Act, so we are having an ongoing dialogue about how we should build our intake in the best way going forward. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a social secretary for children and youth, you and your colleagues conduct investigations and follow up on granted services. Your work is based on current legislation, guidelines, and knowledge support. The work is conducted using the Signs of Safety approach with a focus on resources, strengths, and risks present in the family and network. Your work is very significant as you, in dialogue with children, youth, family, and network, work to find the best solution for each child. Most of your future colleagues have experience in the profession. They are open and unpretentious, which creates a workplace characterized by both high competence and a good and warm atmosphere. It is important to us that we help each other, support one another, and maintain good work for the children, youth, and families we meet. An important part of the work is collaboration with colleagues within the unit and our open care unit, as well as with external actors such as schools, leisure activities, police, and healthcare. In your work, you have continuous and close support from both your manager/1st social secretary and colleagues. You participate regularly in method meetings and external supervision. Everyone who starts in the unit receives an individual introduction plan and internal training in Signs of Safety. Based on your experience and interests, you are expected to be active in our ongoing development work and continued work with Signs of Safety. Occupational Therapist at Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

The unit consists of approximately 120 employees who, based on a team-based interdisciplinary approach, work to identify, prevent, relieve and treat mental health problems in children and young people aged 0-17 years. As an employee at BUP, you are offered internal supervision and individual planning for competence development. BUP is co-located with Child and Adolescent Rehabilitation, Adult Rehabilitation, and Parental and Child Health. BUP has a total of 12 teams, and as an occupational therapist you will be based at the Medical Unit. The work is cross-functional and you will collaborate with other teams/professions. At the Medical Unit there are nurses, doctors and a dietitian. The team has created a good structure through joint morning meetings, team meetings and rounds. Collegial support is important as the work pace can be quite intense at times, and the team has a wonderful and pleasant camaraderie where shared breaks are prioritized. Since BUP is located next to the bathing park, there are excellent opportunities to get outside for lunch in a deck chair or ice skating on Medvinden in winter. 1 position(s). DUTIES Your main tasks are to conduct supervisory/consultative interventions to the different teams at BUP and provide training to other staff. You will conduct group activities and education for patients and relatives. Individual patient work is primarily directed towards children and young people with ADHD. Examples of work tasks include comprehensive activity assessment, assistive device assessment and prescription, environmental adaptations in the home, and recommendations that require individual documentation. You will be the sole occupational therapist in the unit but will participate in professional meetings for occupational therapists at Child and Adolescent Rehabilitation, which is located in the same building and within the same operational area. The goal is to be able to offer certain group interventions in collaboration with occupational therapists at Child and Adolescent Rehabilitation, as well as in cooperation with other professions at BUP. Resource Nurse – Home Care in Vetlanda

We are now seeking a resource nurse for home care in Vetlanda. Within home care, we work in nine different teams – four in rural areas and five in the central town. Each team consists of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, and we also have nursing assistants and rehabilitation assistants who work across teams. As a resource nurse, you work throughout the municipality based on operational needs. Unlike our other nurses, you are not assigned to a specific team, but provide support where the need is greatest.
