At Coor you will work on daily delivery and development of properties. This is a role where you get a lot of responsibility while you have close access to colleagues when you need it. Your tasks mainly include: supervision, maintenance and troubleshooting repairs participating in projects and other customer assignments advisory role in technical matters being an active initiator in the daily work of improving and developing our service, both internally and towards the customer Who are you? You are a proactive and self-driven property manager who takes responsibility for your daily tasks independently. Your unpretentiousness and flexibility make it easy for you to adapt to different tasks that may arise during the day, such as technical maintenance and other assignments. Because you have a lot of contact with both customers and colleagues, you have good collaboration skills and are communicative, with a strong focus on service and creating a safe and well-maintained environment. We are looking for you: Education focused on property management, operations or equivalent Several years of work experience as a property manager A comprehensive understanding of problem-solving for property maintenance Driver's license (Category B) Good knowledge of both speaking and writing in Swedish and proficiency in English Comfortable using computers and phones as a natural part of your work It is a merit to have experience in gardening, carpentry or painting About the position Employment type: Permanent employment Employment rate: 100% Working hours: Monday-Friday 07:00-16:00 Start date: By agreement Probationary period: 6 months To ensure a fair and accurate recruitment process, we use personality tests and may conduct background checks before employment.
