You'll be a significant part of their lives and get to participate in their leisure interests as well. This is a job where you both bring structure and spread your energy, security, and joy. About the Role As a personal assistant, you become an important part of their daily life. Tasks vary depending on the assignment—whether you work together with a colleague (paired support) or work independently. You'll support them in: Daily routines and activities Exercise and leisure Creating security, structure, and joy in everyday life We offer you proper orientation and ongoing support so you feel confident in your role. We Offer ✅ Positions available as scheduled or hourly employment ✅ Work shifts of 12 hours – day, evening, weekend, and overnight ✅ Each workplace has security in routines and community ✅ Orientation, guidance, and opportunity to develop in the role Who Are You?
