Job Description Are you an experienced accounting assistant available on short notice? In your role as an accounting assistant, you will be responsible for the company's accounts payable. You will be an important part of a small team consisting of 3 people. You report directly to the CFO Sweden and work from the head office in Hisings Kärra. Examples of work tasks: • Registration and posting of supplier invoices in Visma Document Center (scanned by a third party). • Management of supplier payments (weekly) • Sending invoices for attestation via Visma Approval • Account reconciliations (related to accounts payable) in connection with monthly closing. • Participation in monthly and annual closing • Support during internal and external audits • Backup in accounts receivable • Other accounting tasks Your Profile We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a similar role. You have a degree in accounting or equivalent experience and feel comfortable working in accounting systems, preferably Visma Business. You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as English is the group language. As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. You are unpretentious and take ownership of your tasks, while enjoying collaboration. You work proactively, meet deadlines, and adapt easily in an environment with occasionally high pace. If you also have experience in accounts receivable and work in a corporate environment, we see that as a merit.
