The Development Office is one of the city's departments and reports to the Development Board. In addition, the department is responsible for overall financial analysis, follow-up and reporting, as well as principles and regulations within accounting and VAT. The Development Office manages an annual investment budget of approximately 3.5 billion kronor where the business works with large and socially important investment projects. Your role also involves supporting the business with strategic financial advice and ensuring that our regulations and principles are followed. Your Competence and Experience For the role of unit manager, we are looking for you who have at least seven years of experience in qualified financial work with good knowledge of financial management, accounting, budget, follow-up, and current legislation, as well as: • several years of management and leadership experience with personnel and budget responsibility • experience working with investment projects and fixed assets and competence in/experience of regulations within investment accounting for fixed assets • relevant higher education/university education in finance • very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
