Your tasks
In the role, you are responsible for the project's technical and economic implementation as well as personnel planning. You ensure that the work complies with requirements for quality, environment, occupational safety and current standards.
You will, among other things:
Be responsible for technical and economic control at the work site
Coordinate plans and have contact with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Draw up work, material, time, payment, quality, environment and organizational plans
Ensure that documentation for invoicing is prepared on an ongoing basis
Be responsible for work management at the site
Prepare documentation for operation and maintenance
Prepare forecasts for financial results
Follow up capacity, costs and quality in the project
Prepare for and participate in inspections and be responsible for corrective measures
Represent the company at project meetings
Provide quotes for extra work and variation order work
Make purchases of materials, equipment and services according to budget and cost estimate
Worth knowing
You report to your direct manager and have an important role in ensuring the financial results and technical quality of projects. In the role, you have ongoing contact with authorities, clients, consultants and suppliers. The position is based in Järfälla in Stockholm County. The role involves close cooperation with both internal and external parties and requires that you are comfortable taking responsibility throughout the entire project chain.
Our expectations
We are looking for you who meet the minimum requirements according to SBF 1020 and have a plumbing technical education or other technical education in combination with several years of experience, preferably as a leading fitter. You have many years of experience in installation work and project management as well as a good understanding of financial relationships in projects. To succeed in the role, you need to have leadership experience, solid knowledge of construction law and a good understanding of quality and environmental management systems. As a person, you are flexible, cooperative and results-oriented. You are confident in making decisions, following up on measures and driving projects forward with both structure and business acumen.
