WORK DUTIES As a nursing assistant or care aide in residential care, you contribute to safe, professional, and legally sound services provided in Borlänge residents' own homes. Based on the individual's needs, you provide care and services that make daily life easier. The care is based on the services approved for Borlänge residents under the Social Services Act and may include everything from assisting with personal care to cleaning and shopping. In residential care, we work pedagogically so that Borlänge residents receiving home care services, as far as possible, feel independent and involved. To ensure quality care, we work based on Individual Needs at the Center (IBIC), where attentiveness and a rehabilitative daily approach form the foundation of our work. High on the agenda are also commitment and priorities that create a truly pleasant workplace with a good work environment and rewarding collaboration. For us, it is important that you always put Borlänge residents' needs at the center and respect the integrity of those we serve. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with experience in care work and/or who is a qualified nursing assistant. You are attentive and work patiently with a focus on providing the best care for Borlänge residents. You have the ability to prioritize and see yourself as a solution-focused and flexible person. You are pedagogical, responsible, and comfortable working independently, while also bringing competence to our teams. What requirements do we have for our temporary staff? • You are over 18 years old. • Medication delegation; approval is required to administer medications. • You speak Swedish well enough to communicate with service users, relatives, and colleagues. • You can document in writing as required in our operations. • You can work with both male and female colleagues and service users. • You submit an extract from the police criminal record register. • Driver's license is an asset in residential care. • Ability to cycle. • You are confident working independently within the scope of our operations. • You have good conduct and are responsible. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months, Start date: ASAP. Work schedule: Shift work.
