WORKPLACE Adult and Family Services Group Join our team! We are looking for an additional staff member for the Adult and Family Services Group. As a social worker in the adult group, you will be part of a team of seven social workers, an integration officer, and a unit manager who provide support and guidance in daily work. The Adult and Family Services also includes the employment unit, a children and youth group, and open care services where work is conducted in close collaboration. The department also has several case handlers who provide great support with administration and management of personal funds. In our adult group, there is also a Budget and Debt Advisor. At the workplace there is a positive team spirit where we support each other in daily work. WORK TASKS AND QUALIFICATIONS In the adult group, you primarily handle cases concerning financial assistance, harmful use and addiction, and domestic violence. You work in close collaboration with other staff members within Adult and Family Services and together with external authorities and actors. You preferably have a degree as a social worker or other academic education that is considered equivalent. Work experience is an important merit. You should be able to collaborate easily and have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. You must have a driving license with category B driving authorization. SALARY Hagfors Municipality applies individual salary setting; please state your salary requirements.
