About You We are looking for someone who is calm, reliable, and empathetic with the ability to create structure and predictability in daily life. Experience with low-arousal interaction techniques, psychiatry, or personal assistance is a plus. For communication to work well, you need to speak and understand Swedish fluently. There are several cats in the home, so you need to be comfortable with animals and not be allergic. About the Assignment You will be working with a woman in her 50s who has a great interest in her cats and appreciates calm, security, and continuity in everyday life. The woman uses a wheelchair and needs support in several aspects of daily life. Work tasks include, among other things: Transfers and physical assistance Personal care and hygiene Support with meals and household chores Accompanying her to activities and errands Practical support in the home Motivational and reassuring support in everyday life In addition to physical support needs, there are mental health challenges that affect daily life. About the Position The client is a 12-year-old boy who lives every other week in Upplands-Väsby and every other week in Solna. The client is blind and cannot communicate through speech, he also has epilepsy and tube feeding.
