Alma Assistans is a dedicated company that, in collaboration with the client, provides personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and understand that strong relationships are key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. We are now seeking a part-time substitute caregiver for a cheerful and positive 60+ year old woman who uses a wheelchair. Working hours are scheduled daily: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM, and overnight shifts 7:00 PM-8:00 AM. She needs help with personal care, transfers using a mobile lift, cooking, cleaning, dressing, hair care, and more. Her interests include shopping, interior design, crafts, spending time with family and friends, and her 2 wonderful cats. As a candidate for this position, you should have * a positive attitude and spark * be attentive and proactive in seeing what needs to be done * you must have a driver's license and a car, as she lives some distance from the nearest bus stop in Almunge (approximately 5 km) * you should not have pet allergies * be a calm and reliable person with initiative * have a strong ability to understand and empathize with someone else's situation and perspective It is advantageous if you have experience working in healthcare, but it is not required. The most important thing is that there is a good personal connection between you and our client.
