We are now seeking a personal assistant to support an individual with personal care needs and daily assistance at home. This role involves responsible work where you will daily contribute to creating the conditions for as independent and active a life as possible.
This is a night shift position with working hours 20:00–08:00
Duties: As a personal assistant, your responsibilities will include support with personal care, help with household tasks, and accompaniment to activities and medical appointments. Since the client has aphasia, good communication is central to adapting your work to meet their individual needs.
In this role, you will work largely independently, but you will of course have support from both managers and colleagues.
Your Profile: We are looking for someone with experience in care and health services, preferably with education in nursing care or nursing assistant qualifications. Personal suitability is very important, and we seek a flexible and attentive person who can work independently while being part of a team. Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are necessary to communicate and document correctly.
