Your Responsibilities As a 2nd Line Technician, you work with more technically advanced support cases and serve as an important link between first line and specialist functions. You are responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and problems that require deeper technical expertise. In this role, you will, among other things: Troubleshoot and resolve more complex IT incidents within client, application, and infrastructure Handle escalated cases from first line via ticket management systems Work with account management and administration in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of client environments and applications Analyze logs, identify root causes, and contribute to long-term solutions Collaborate with other technical teams and escalate cases to 3rd line or specialist functions when needed Document solutions and contribute to improving procedures and knowledge bases Work proactively with monitoring and stability in the customer's IT environment Your Profile We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest who enjoys working analytically in complex IT environments. You are solution-oriented, structured in your troubleshooting, and collaborate well with both colleagues and users.
