WORK TASKS The Employment Unit conducts practical activities focused on green space maintenance, cleaning and minor renovations, to give more participants the opportunity to engage in employment. We need supervisors who can support and direct the group in their daily tasks. Work days will vary based on the assignments the work group receives. Your work tasks will include the following: • Plan and organize the work day for the work group • Lead and participate in daily work on assignments such as garden maintenance, cleaning and minor maintenance • Follow up and quality assure work efforts based on given assignments • Contribute to a positive work environment where participants can grow and develop • Support participants with information, work distribution, time reporting and documentation • Participate in follow-ups together with the Employment Unit QUALIFICATIONS Requirements o You have at least 2 years of post-secondary education: with completed theoretical, or combined with practical education from a university, college, or approved vocational school such as Hvilan, Alnarp, Ultuna or equivalent course content and level, according to the employer's assessment. o We are looking for someone with documented experience working with people through group interventions, supervision, coaching, preferably from work in outdoor environments o You have documented 2 years of work experience in green space maintenance. o You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written o You have a B driver's license, which is a requirement for employment. Personal qualities that are meritorious: o You are attentive to people with different needs and backgrounds and understand the special adaptations that a work training activity entails. o You are pedagogical and responsible o You have the ability to act situationally when meeting different people. o You have good interpersonal skills and show respect, patience and empathy when meeting with participants. o You have the ability to motivate and guide people and enjoy sharing your knowledge. o You enjoy working outdoors and see the value in combining practical work with social support. You will be an important part in ensuring that through your support participants move closer to the job market. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months, start date: 2026-09-01, end date: 2026-12-31.
