As a treatment pedagogue, you work in a team with treatment assistants and treatment coordinators, and together you are responsible for ensuring that the young people and clients living with us receive the security, care, and treatment they need. We often meet people in crisis, which means you work with qualified care and motivation work and providing everyday support. Using your knowledge of care and treatment work, you actively contribute to the fulfillment of treatment plans. Documentation is an important part of your work and contributes to legal security, planning, and monitoring of our operations. You help ensure safety is maintained according to our procedures and you contribute to daily activities running smoothly—schooling, cleaning, meal preparation, and more.
