Housing Support Worker for Social Services with Family-Centered Approach
Welcome to us in Hammarö! Hammarö is a municipality with forward-thinking values and strong growth, located by Lake Vänern surrounded by cliffs and water. Many choose to move here, which means we are constantly growing and developing. Something that reflects everything happening in our municipality is the proximity to the city, residents, water, and each other. With us, you'll get a workplace in the middle of our beautiful archipelago! Within the Social Services Department, you work daily to provide security, quality, and support to our residents. Those of us who work here value personal encounters above all else. As we grow, we naturally develop our operations, renovate our facilities, and maintain a development-oriented mindset. We exist to give Hammarö residents a better everyday life and to help each person create a good life through their own efforts. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES We are now seeking a housing support worker for Social Services in the Support and Housing unit. This is a permanent full-time position with start date in January 2027. Social Services is the municipality's housing support operation within social psychiatry, LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), and comorbidity. The operation serves individuals with complex life situations where mental health issues, comorbidity, substance abuse problems, varying cognitive abilities, social vulnerability, and difficulties managing daily life may be part of their support needs. The work is based on support decisions, implementation plans, and the individual's own goals. We are in a development phase where we want to strengthen the municipality's family-centered approach to work. The work should be based on a systems theory perspective, where the individual's situation is understood in interaction with the contexts they are part of. This can include children and parenthood, but also family members, networks, contact with authorities, and other important parts of the life situation. Family-centered work is thus not limited to family relationships in the narrow sense. The role includes both regular housing support within the entire Social Services operation and a special focus on cases where a family-centered perspective is needed. You will also contribute to developing working methods, procedures, and practical forms of support together with colleagues and management. The task is not family therapy. You need to maintain the practical and educational mission of housing support while understanding how mental health issues, comorbidity, substance abuse, lack of structure, or social vulnerability can affect daily life, parenthood, and children's situations. The goal is for the support to be comprehensible, coordinated, and useful for the individual and family. The work involves providing support in the individual's daily life, following up on goals and interventions, working with structure, motivation, participation and recovery, and documenting according to applicable procedures. The role also includes being a contact person, following up on implementation plans, and noting changed needs. You need to be able to work with clarifying pedagogy, low-arousal approaches, and individualized support. Collaboration is an important part of the task and occurs with, among others, outpatient care for risky use, harmful use and substance dependence, family therapists, and case managers within the adult area and child and youth services. Where needed, this also includes contact with, for example, healthcare, psychiatry, schools, substance abuse care, and rehabilitation services. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone with an academic degree who is a behavioral scientist, social worker, or has another academic-level education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience working with people in complex life situations and working in family systems and other complex systems. You need to be able to translate a systems theory perspective into practical, everyday support and understand how an individual's situation is affected by relationships, parenthood, networks, contact with authorities, and other actors. You are confident in client-oriented work and can translate goals from the implementation plan into concrete and comprehensible everyday support. You can maintain a professional approach even when multiple needs and actors need to be managed simultaneously or when situations change rapidly. We see that you have experience with systems theory and family-centered work, housing support, social psychiatry, LSS, and comorbidity. You have experience with documentation and record-keeping, good digital literacy, and good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing. A B-class driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement and you need to be able to cycle as part of your work. It is meritorious to have knowledge in, for example, R-ACT/ACT, Case Management, MI, clarifying pedagogy, low-arousal approaches, children as next of kin, intimate partner violence, suicide prevention, IBIC, or conflict and crisis management. Knowledge of the Social Services Act is also meritorious. As a person, you are confident, responsible, and solution-focused. You are attentive in your interactions with others, have good communication skills, and contribute to good cooperation in the work team. You enjoy work where no two days are exactly alike and where you need to be able to adapt your support based on the individual, situation, and task. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and interest in the target group. Start date: January 2027 Extent: 100% Employment form: Permanent employment Placement: Social Services, Support and Housing unit Working hours: Daytime, Monday - Friday The position is filled subject to necessary decisions being made. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Indefinite. To ensure quality in Hammarö municipality's recruitment process and enable good communication with our applicants, we ask that you submit your application digitally and not via email or paper format. We warmly welcome your application! In preparation for the recruitment process, Hammarö municipality has made decisions regarding recruitment channels and marketing. We therefore firmly decline contact from media sales representatives, recruitment sites, and similar parties.
Experienced Project Manager – Public Space Development at Centralen Area
Do you want to be part of securing Gothenburg's future? Be part of safeguarding Gothenburg's future by working in an innovative program where technology, collaboration, and sustainable urban development meet. This is your opportunity to have a leading role in a crucial initiative for Gothenburg's future. The Västlänken railway tunnel will have three stations in Gothenburg, with Centralen Station being one of them. Once Västlänken is in place, it is not possible to "revert" to the same traffic solution as originally, the conditions for the site are new and the spaces need to be used differently to accommodate all requirements and objectives. Centralen Station is part of the work to create a vibrant and efficient public transport hub where travel by regional and commuter trains, trams, buses, cars, and bicycles interact in a functional way. As project manager for public space development at Centralen, Nordstan, and Kvarnberget, among others (the CNK project), you contribute to creating a vibrant meeting place and transfer point that appeals to all modes of transport and transfers between different transportation methods such as bike to train, bus to train, train to walking. A central part of the role is implementing the handover process. The project manager is responsible for ensuring that completed sub-areas are handed over to the managing organization in a structured manner and according to established procedures. Beyond traditional project management competence, the collaboration model also requires the ability to think innovatively and solve problems. In a complex urban development project, situations often arise where there is no given or obvious solution. The project manager therefore needs to be able to analyze the situation and see alternative paths forward to work with the contractor to find solutions that are good for the project as a whole. Your responsibilities include: Have a guiding role in the design and handover phase Handle referrals in connection with building permits, utility location, utility rights, and similar matters Handle deviations in the design phase Coordinate the project's activities regarding artistic embellishment Handle matters regarding tenant adaptations, outdoor seating areas, etc. Monitor the budget allocated for the design phase Maintain oversight of the review of design documentation according to the review process Qualifications We are looking for you who have: University degree in civil engineering, infrastructure, or similar At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering or infrastructure in a leading role as project manager or manager At least four years of experience leading complex and innovative projects Experience with urban development projects requiring implementation and quality delivery is a merit Previous experience from municipal administration or municipal companies is a merit You are a confident and clear leader who thrives in complex collaborative environments with many stakeholders. You are structured, self-reliant, and results-oriented with experience delivering within given time, goal, and cost frameworks. You express yourself very well in speech and writing. Terms Applications are processed on a rolling basis and interviews may take place before the final application deadline. Gothenburg City applies individual and differentiated salary setting. Senior Sales Manager Outsourcing
Barona was founded in 1999 in Helsinki and is today one of the leading companies in the Nordic region within recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, and workforce solutions. We operate in ten countries and help over 30,000 people advance in their careers every year. We are currently in an exciting development phase where we are investing heavily in future services. At Barona, AI is not a side project or a vision for the future - it is an integrated part of our business. We use AI both internally and in our customer solutions to streamline processes, develop new services, and create tangible business value. For our customers, this means smarter deliveries in areas such as IT Service Desk, customer service, order management, back office, and remote sales. Our ambition is clear - we want to be at the forefront of combining people, technology, and business development. In Sweden, we have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Falun, and Strömsund, among others, and deliver workforce solutions throughout the country. We offer our customers a visionary and future-oriented partnership, and our employees exciting opportunities at all stages of their careers. Solna | Full-time | Permanent Do you want to sell the outsourcing solutions of the future - where AI creates real business value? Barona is growing, and we are now looking for a senior sales professional who wants to help develop our outsourcing business in Sweden and the Nordic region. This is a role for someone who is driven by creating new business, building long-term customer relationships, and working in an organization where technology, AI, and people work together to create better business outcomes. For the right person, there is also an opportunity to take on leadership responsibility for our sales and marketing team. However, it is very important that you thrive in an operational role, enjoy being out with customers, creating new business, and have a pragmatic approach. About the Role This is a key role with significant impact on our continued growth. You are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and driving the entire sales process from initial contact and needs analysis to negotiation, contract, and handover to delivery. You will work closely with our leadership, marketing organization, SDR team, and delivery operations, giving you the opportunity to influence both our business and how our offering continues to evolve. The role has a clear focus on new sales, but also on understanding customers' strategic challenges and demonstrating how our outsourcing solutions can create long-term value. Since we operate in a Nordic organization, you will also collaborate with colleagues in other countries on larger and international business opportunities. Our goal is to find someone who is motivated by winning new customers and thrives in an operational role, but who also has the talent for and willingness to lead and coach other sales professionals. Who Are You? You have several years of experience in successful B2B sales and an established network within outsourcing, BPO, contact centers, or similar. You have documented experience in creating new business and are equally comfortable opening new doors as developing relationships with decision-makers at management level. You work in a structured manner, are commercially minded, and use data to support your sales efforts. At the same time, you are curious about how new technology and AI are changing both your customers' operations and the way we sell and deliver services. If you have experience leading people and want to develop in a leadership role, we see that as highly meriting. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. Why Choose Barona With us, you get the opportunity to build something, not just maintain it. You get a central role in our growth journey where your business makes a real difference and where you work close to leadership with great mandate to influence both business and strategic decisions. We combine the stability of an international group with the entrepreneurial spirit of a company that likes to test new ideas and quickly put them into practice. AI and innovation are a natural part of our everyday work, and you become part of an engaged team where sales, marketing, and delivery work closely together to create the best possible results for our customers. There is also an opportunity to take on greater responsibility as a leader of the sales and marketing team. Of course, we offer competitive terms with an attractive salary and bonus model that reflects your results. The position is a permanent role with a six-month probationary period. You will be based at our head office in Solna, and we apply hybrid work arrangements. You will be employed by our parent company and report to the CEO. Application We interview on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Start date is by agreement. Do you want to help shape the outsourcing business of the future with us? We look forward to receiving your application!
