As a physiotherapist in Tibro Municipality, you will become part of the Rehabilitation Unit, where five physiotherapists, five occupational therapists, and five rehabilitation assistants work together. WORK TASKS As a physiotherapist, you are responsible together with your colleagues for rehabilitation within the municipality's special accommodations, short-term placements, LSS, functional support, as well as ordinary housing. We also work with the concept Safe Discharge, which involves intensive rehabilitation efforts and training in the patient's own home following a hospital stay. The goal is for the patient to regain their abilities based on their best conditions. In our activities, we have access to both a training facility and a warm water pool. As a physiotherapist with us, you work with assessment, treatment, training, as well as testing and prescription of aids. The task also includes supervision and training of care personnel and relatives. At the Rehabilitation Unit, physiotherapists and occupational therapists work closely together in teams, and great emphasis is placed on collaboration with other parties involved with the care recipient, who always remain at the center. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have experience working with elderly people, we see that as very positive. You have a professional and pleasant approach with the care recipient at the center, find it easy to collaborate, and have good communication skills. You are confident in yourself and in your professional role. A driver's license is a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Salary form: Monthly salary. Type of employment: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent, start date: Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews may take place continuously during the application period. Prior to employment, you must provide an extract from the criminal record registry and documentation proving that you are authorized to work on the Swedish labor market. For example, a certificate of Swedish/EU/EES citizenship (such as a passport), a certificate of residence permit, or a work permit to work in Sweden.
