About the Job In the role of alarm technician / security technician, you will be responsible for meeting with customers at scheduled appointments, where you will perform installation, upselling, and service of alarm products. The work includes complete project planning, documentation, and installation of alarm components based on each customer's individual needs. An important part of the role is also to identify and suggest additional products and services that can strengthen the customer's security, so that each customer receives a solution tailored to their needs and home. Customer meetings are characterized by knowledge, trust, and high service levels. During customer visits, you will review the alarm system with the customer, introduce our app, and ensure that the customer feels confident using our services. The employment begins with thorough training that includes both theoretical and practical components, and concludes with field training together with an experienced colleague as a mentor. After training, you will be ready to independently conduct customer visits and commission new alarm systems. You will have access to your own service vehicle that you use for work, and you start/end your day from home. Business trips with overnight stays in other locations may occur.
