We are now looking for new colleagues for our team in Gällivare to strengthen our operations in patrol and stationary work. Working as a security guard is perfect for you if you enjoy working with people and helping them in their daily lives. As a security guard at our office in Gällivare, you'll be part of a close-knit team of around 40 employees. Shift lengths vary, but at this stationary client, you work shift schedules, which means work can occur at all hours of the day and night. Day, night, and even weekends. This role is a combination role where you will work in both patrol and stationary operations. As a stationary security guard, your primary task is to provide security to one of our clients by being alert and ensuring everything is in order. You often work at the entrance to a large company, checking people coming and going, but you may also conduct patrols and camera surveillance. Tasks can vary, and that's exactly what makes the security guard profession so exciting - the variety! You may work independently but also as part of a team, so you must be able to make your own decisions as well as collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and tasks together as a group. It may also be relevant to work in patrol operations in this role - but the main focus will be on stationary work. As a patrol security guard, you are responsible for conducting security checks at multiple clients during your shift. You travel between clients by car and perform various types of inspections, including area patrols, interior patrols, alarm responses, and client closings. In this role, it is important to document your work and any discrepancies you encounter. The work is independent and often feels free, but with great responsibility. The patrol security guard role suits you if you want a position where you get to move around. Working hours are primarily night but also occur during daytime. Do you lack security guard training? We'll provide it! The basic training is 9 working days long and is conducted in various locations in Sweden before employment begins. As a new employee, you also begin with an introductory period to feel confident in your role and learn how to use our systems. The next training session is August 17 to August 27.
