We are now seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Ground Systems division. Here you will be part of a team responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of advanced antenna systems and technical solutions for receiving and processing satellite data. WHO YOU ARE We are looking for someone who thrives in an independent and responsible role where you can take ownership and drive your work forward. You have good judgment, are thorough and have the ability to take initiative when needed. You have a technical education or equivalent experience from practical technical work, for example in maintenance, installation or operation of technical systems. It is a merit if you have knowledge in areas such as communication, RF, control and regulation technology, measurement technology or mechanics. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your willingness to develop. For the right person, there are good opportunities to grow into the role through training and skills development. The position is security-classified and requires approved security clearance in accordance with applicable legislation. Due to the nature of the assignment, Swedish citizenship is a requirement. YOUR ROLE As a Maintenance Technician you will work with maintenance and troubleshooting of our antenna systems and associated technical systems. You are responsible for a number of systems where you ensure function, availability and adaptation based on operational and customer needs. The role includes planning and implementing maintenance activities, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, and contributing to improvements of existing systems. You will also participate in both internal and customer-related projects, where you serve as a technical resource within your areas of responsibility. The work involves a combination of practical and analytical work, and in some cases includes work outdoors and at heights.
