Job Description As a surgical nursing assistant in our operating department, you are a central part of the team around the patient. In your role as a nursing assistant with us, your work day consists of common tasks within highly specialized acute care. You perform patient care and work in teams with nurses and doctors, among others. During your first time in the emergency department, you work in our non-linear teams to strengthen your clinical eye and get to know the emergency department's routines. After approximately one year, you will be introduced in the acute care room to receive priority 1 patients. As you work in the emergency department, you will gradually receive introduction in receiving ear, nose, and throat patients during on-call hours.
