About the Personal Assistant Role As a personal assistant, you will work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday activities and during leisure time. Your workplace is wherever the customer is located, and your primary responsibilities involve assisting the customer so they have the conditions to live the life they wish. Job Responsibilities Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can range from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, household chores, cooking, to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home. The customer travels to Denmark 2–3 times a week for rehabilitation, which means you as an assistant need to be flexible and comfortable traveling as part of your work. Therefore, a B-class driver's license for manual transmission is required, as you will be driving the customer's car on these occasions.
