We are now seeking a personal assistant for our male client who lives in Oxie. About the Personal Assistant Role As a personal assistant, you will work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday activities and during leisure time. Your workplace is wherever the customer is located, and your primary responsibilities involve assisting the customer so they have the conditions to live the life they wish. Job Responsibilities Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can range from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, household chores, cooking, to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home. The customer travels to Denmark 2–3 times a week for rehabilitation, which means you as an assistant need to be flexible and comfortable traveling as part of your work. Therefore, a B-class driver's license for manual transmission is required, as you will be driving the customer's car on these occasions. We Are Looking for You We are looking for someone who is responsible, motivated, attentive, and has an easy time learning new tasks. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the customer and have access to training for the personal assistant role. About the Position The employment is for a fixed term as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and compensation is hourly. Working hours vary according to the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays and weekends. Salary and other employment terms are according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Care Companies - Kommunal.
