In the role, you will receive thorough training and work closely with others on your team during your onboarding period. The responsibilities include receiving calls and emails from customers regarding transport bookings. You then plan and execute a transport service where parameters such as route, transport method, and packaging materials are customized according to the customer's wishes and the product's specifications. You will also help customers with customs documents and communicate with the freight carrier who then collects the shipment. The role also includes responsibility for making flight bookings, customs clearance, marking, and preparing packaging materials as well as tracking the transport. About the Workplace Forensic Psychiatry Care Stockholm provides forensic psychiatric care for patients from throughout Stockholm County and has approximately 550 employees distributed across two sections, north and south. The clinic has 15 care units and 2 outpatient clinics. Operations are spread across three facilities and located at Helix, Karolinska University Hospital in Huddinge, and Löwenström Hospital in Upplands Väsby.
