We currently have over 200 employees. About the Job As Chief of Staff, you have a central role in the authority's management and governance. Together with your team, you provide strategic support to the Director-General and contribute to the authority's development and achievement of its goals. You lead and develop the staff office's work, which encompasses both strategic and operational matters. Your Education and Experience We are looking for someone who has: an academic degree or other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent, experience with staff work within a state authority, experience as a manager and leader with personnel responsibility, experience in operations development, experience in operations management, results monitoring, and administrative matters within the state, experience in collaboration with the Government Offices, very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, good ability to express yourself in English, both orally and in writing. Meriting good knowledge of the justice system as a whole and understanding of its different parts and perspectives. good understanding of several of the authority's operational areas.
