Instead of patients having to make themselves available when it suits the organization, care should be made available when it suits the patient. 1177 by phone is a national service operated 24/7 in all regions of Sweden. We are responsible for healthcare advice throughout Region Västernorrland at all hours of the day. We also collaborate with the healthcare advice services in Västerbotten, Norrbotten, and Jämtland at certain times of the day. We are now seeking new colleagues. The positions are permanent employment on a full-time or part-time basis, as agreed with the recruiting manager. Start date by agreement. Job Responsibilities With us, you will work in an exciting operation that is in constant development. The work is varied and enjoyable. We provide qualified advice, make medical assessments, and refer to the appropriate care facility. To help you in your work, you have access to a quality-assured symptom-based national decision support tool and follow a structured conversation process. As a new employee, you will go through a thorough introduction program with both theoretical and practical training. We are committed to creating the best possible conditions for our nurses to feel confident in their role. The position involves working days, evenings, and nights.
