About the Operation Do you have a passion for geriatrics, stroke, orthopedics, and rehabilitation? Then Department 1 might be your next workplace. The department is a combined geriatric, orthopedic, stroke, and rehabilitation unit where we care for: - patients with significant rehabilitation needs - medically ill patients We receive direct admissions from the emergency department, which makes the work varied, challenging, and educational. The department has 14 beds and is divided into two care teams, with each team responsible for approximately 7-8 patients. Duties As a nurse with us, you are responsible—together with your team—for providing safe, high-quality care where patients and their families are always at the center. You work in a multidisciplinary team consisting of nursing assistants, nurses, physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and social workers. We collaborate closely, supporting each other throughout each shift and fostering a workplace culture characterized by teamwork, compassion, joy, and respect. Qualifications Requirements - Licensed nurse Merits - Experience working in geriatrics, stroke, orthopedics, or rehabilitation Personal Qualities.
