About the Role As a Junior Accounting Consultant, you'll be part of a team of approximately 15 people, working with various clients across different client teams. You'll have a broad role where you'll have the opportunity to learn and develop at your own pace. Initially, you'll receive support from more experienced colleagues, and as you progress, you'll take on greater responsibility and more advanced tasks. Over time, you'll also share your knowledge and help develop new team members. Your responsibilities will include: • Ongoing bookkeeping • Bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations • Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Assistance with income tax returns • Support with other administrative financial tasks You'll also participate in developing and optimizing work processes with a focus on smart and automated solutions. We're Looking for Someone Who: • Recently graduated with a post-secondary degree in Business Administration from a university • Has excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written It's especially advantageous if you: • Have experience with or interest in securities • Have previous leadership experience • Have experience in accounting • Have worked in Fortnox or Xledger systems Does this sound like you?
