About Viljan Tallbackagården Viljan Tallbackagården is located in a beautiful natural setting in Taberg, just outside Jönköping. The facility provides a home-like and secure environment for adults aged 20 and above with mental health conditions, such as psychotic disorders, affective disorders, neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD), and certain comorbidities. Viljan Tallbackagården has a total of 24 spaces. Of these, 17 are short-term residential spaces in shared accommodations and 7 are individual housing spaces (BmSS). Work is based on the mandate from the referring authority, where the client—together with and supported by their contact person—participates in designing, implementing, and following up on individualized support measures. The facility has an interdisciplinary team consisting of an assistant operations manager, nurse, occupational therapist, support assistants, cook, and facilities manager. Specialist physicians are available to the facility on a consulting basis. Description of the Operations Manager Role As Operations Manager, you work independently to drive, lead, and develop the facility.
