The Department of Archaeology, Ancient History and Conservation, Uppsala University, is seeking an Assistant Professor in Archaeology with placement at Campus Gotland in Visby. About the assignment: As a support technician, you will be a key person for the service our customer delivers to their end customers. Here you get to be part of ensuring that end customers receive the service and support they need to be able to perform their work without technical obstacles. The role involves a lot of contact with users where your pedagogical ability and ability to communicate clearly and friendly will come into use. The work tasks are varied in both nature and volume. You will receive incoming requests via phone, email, and chat from internal employees who call in with IT-related issues. This can range from user and password management, Microsoft Office questions, Windows, to VPN problems, Active Directory, and similar issues. To ensure a positive customer experience, we place great importance on both service and problem-solving ability. The role is located in Arendal, Gothenburg, and there you will sit in an open office landscape together with the team.
