About the assignment: As a support technician, you will be a key person for the service our customer delivers to their end customers. Here you get to be part of ensuring that end customers receive the service and support they need to be able to perform their work without technical obstacles. The role involves a lot of contact with users where your pedagogical ability and ability to communicate clearly and friendly will come into use. The work tasks are varied in both nature and volume. You will receive incoming requests via phone, email, and chat from internal employees who call in with IT-related issues. This can range from user and password management, Microsoft Office questions, Windows, to VPN problems, Active Directory, and similar issues. To ensure a positive customer experience, we place great importance on both service and problem-solving ability. The role is located in Arendal, Gothenburg, and there you will sit in an open office landscape together with the team. For you to thrive and develop in the role, we believe that you: - Have a strong interest in IT, problem-solving, and helping others. - Want to work in an environment where collaboration and knowledge sharing are prioritized. - Communicate clearly and fluently in Swedish. - Nurture relationships – building trust is important to you. - Like to find solutions and have the ability to stay calm even during more stressful periods. It is a merit if you have education in IT (upper secondary or KY/YH), experience with Active Directory and ServiceNow, or have worked in similar roles or within service professions where customer interaction has been in focus.
