At the Urgent Care Clinic, you meet patients early in their care journey. You triage, sort, assess, take samples, stabilize, and make initial decisions together with physicians. At the Acute Care Unit, patients with acute conditions such as heart attack, stroke, sepsis, and intoxications are cared for. The Urgent Care Clinic is an adult medical clinic open day and evening, every day of the year. Patients of all ages with all types of complaints come here - but with a focus on adults. Patients are assessed and referred to the appropriate care level when needed. We are small enough that you can see the whole picture, but large enough to offer breadth and development.
