The opportunity to work extra shifts during weekdays is available. A perfect job to have while studying, to supplement parental leave days or as a small extra income in retirement. The position involves working every other weekend. Working in home care means helping another person be able to stay in their home, even though the person cannot manage all chores or take care of themselves as desired. What the person you visit needs help with is very individual and can range from a short visit to make sure everything is fine, to help with everything required to get up in the morning, into bed in the evening and everything in between. We also assist our nurses and physiotherapists with certain tasks that they delegate to us. This can include administering medications or implementing a training program. The work includes driving, so a valid B driving license is a requirement. You must also be able to drive the vehicle in darkness and in poor weather conditions. QUALIFICATIONS • Valid B driving license. • Trained nursing assistant or experience as a care aide. • Good computer skills are required as the work tasks within the profession's area of responsibility require a computer and mobile phone. • Meeting different people and the requirement to document means you must master the Swedish language and be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing. • The work requires flexibility, service-mindedness and responsibility. • You must be able to work both independently and together with others. • Personal suitability and good conduct are a prerequisite. • Multilingual ability is meriting. • Bank-ID for login in the activity system. An extract from the criminal record will be required. Salary form: Hourly wage. Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
