In addition to the patients you have nursing responsibility for, you and your colleagues share overall responsibility for other patients. As a nurse at a special housing facility, you work weekdays, daytime Monday through Friday. You would thrive with us if you value both good collaboration with colleagues and nursing staff as well as professional treatment of patients. Since the majority of our patients are elderly and have multiple conditions, you need to feel confident when meeting with this patient group and have the ability to understand their perspective. You are comfortable making independent decisions, making medical assessments, and prioritizing. As we operate in a society moving toward more digital solutions, you also need to have knowledge of handling various data systems. The position requires that you are a licensed nurse; it is preferred if you have further education in the care of the elderly. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and welcome diversity in the team to develop. About the Department We are here for people.
