About the role As a Spare Parts Specialist at Solaris, you'll be part of the warehouse and spare parts operations in Malmö. The role combines spare parts administration with practical warehouse work and suits you if you're comfortable with both administrative and operational tasks. The majority of your work will consist of order handling and spare parts administration. You'll register orders, identify the correct spare parts using exploded diagrams and parts catalogs, and maintain ongoing contact with customers, technicians, and Solaris' spare parts team in Poland. At the same time, you're part of the warehouse operations and help with picking, packing, and deliveries as needed. You will, among other things: - Handle incoming and outgoing spare parts - Pick and pack materials - Place orders for spare parts via Solaris' internal systems - Interpret technical drawings and exploded diagrams to identify the right parts - Maintain ongoing contact with workshops, technicians, and customers by phone and email - Follow up on items and prices in collaboration with the Polish headquarters You'll work closely with the warehouse manager and have many contact points both internally and externally. As part of your introduction, there's an opportunity to spend a week in Poland to get to know your colleagues and gain a good understanding of Solaris' spare parts systems. About you We're looking for someone who has a technical interest and enjoys a role where administration, customer contact, and practical work go hand in hand. You're thorough and organized, while also being unpretentious and happy to help where needed. We'd like you to have experience in order handling, warehouse, or spare parts, but what's most important is that you have a good technical understanding and an interest in vehicles or technical components. To succeed in this role, you need to have: - Experience in order handling, administrative work, or warehouse work - Good technical understanding - Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written - B-class driver's license - Good computer skills It's a merit if you have: - Experience with spare parts in the automotive or workshop industry - Experience with Dynamics or Business Central - Forklift certification Other information Start: By agreement Location: Malmö Scope: Full-time Working hours: 07:00-16:00 Mon-Fri Salary: By agreement Background checks will be conducted on candidates who advance in the process.
