At the Education Administration in Järfälla Municipality, approximately 3,100 employees work in one of our 39 preschools, 22 schools, gymnasium, adult education, and central administration. Järfälla Learning Center is a municipally-run adult education facility. The operation has approximately 1,600 students. The activities consist of SFI (Swedish for Immigrants), courses at basic and upper secondary level, vocational training, and adapted adult education at basic and upper secondary level. 4 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking substitute teachers for our SFI activities. You are responsible, structured, have good collaboration skills, and are communicative. You should be interested in both the student's knowledge development and their individual and social development. As a teacher with us, you have great responsibility in the student's pedagogical and personal development. As a teacher with us, you will have classroom instruction both during daytime and evenings. You will teach as a substitute across all study paths. You need to have extensive knowledge of the target group's needs as well as adaptation of teaching methods in relation to these needs. You should be interested in using varied teaching methods both in the classroom and outside. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute teacher. As a person, you are confident, stable, and have good self-awareness. You work well with other people, pay attention to others' perspectives and competence, and share your own knowledge. It is also important for this position that you have the ability to structure your work and be solution-focused. We value experience with language and knowledge development work methods as well as work and collaboration in a politically governed organization. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
