JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant at Rosengården Short-term Facility, you will be an important part of an interdisciplinary team working to ensure that each patient receives the best possible conditions to regain or maintain their independence. Our patients stay with us for a limited period for rehabilitation, recovery, or continued care following, for example, a hospital stay. You work based on a person-centered, rehabilitative, and salutogenic approach where the patient's own resources and goals are in focus. Together with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other colleagues, you plan and implement measures that contribute to safe care and rehabilitation.
