The client base consists of small and medium-sized companies as well as larger corporate groups, and work is conducted in close collaboration with clients where Global Accounting strives to be a long-term partner and a natural first point of contact for matters concerning finance and accounting. A central part of the offering is the Economic Support service, where they practically function as the client's external finance department. Work is conducted in teams with ongoing and often daily client contact, and the business is characterized by structure, quality, and responsibility in delivery. Responsibilities In your role as an accounting consultant, you are responsible for annual reports, yearly and monthly financial statements, and income tax returns. You are the client manager and ensure that various client projects run smoothly. The role also includes some ongoing bookkeeping, invoice verification, and handling of monthly reports. Global Accounting works closely with its clients and values a holistic view of financial work. You act as an advisor and together with the client drive their financial operations forward. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a personal firm and influence both the future and company culture. Manage monthly and annual financial statements Prepare annual reports Client responsibility where you compile documentation and assist the client Ongoing accounting, monthly reports, and invoice verification Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Post-secondary education in economics or equivalent At least five years of work experience from an accounting firm, with a good understanding of all parts of the accounting process Experience with client responsibility Good computer and system skills; experience with Fortnox is advantageous Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious if you are a certified accounting consultant Meritorious with experience in consolidated accounting To succeed in this role, you are self-driven in your delivery and confident in dialogue with clients. You are accustomed to managing multiple parallel assignments and thrive in an environment where a lot is happening simultaneously. The work tempo is sometimes high with a large influx of matters and client interactions, which requires that you can prioritize, structure, and make your own decisions in daily work.
