We are now recruiting new colleagues for the winter season at one of Sweden's ten largest ski resorts. Your Tasks As a Kungsberget Mountain Host, you are an important part of a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the ski area looks and functions as it should. The work includes maintaining our barbecue areas in top condition, maintaining attractions in the ski area, keeping the facility clean and neat, and helping our guests. You will get around the area on skis or snowmobile, and part of the work takes place in early mornings or late evenings. The position may be combined with lift attendant duties on certain days. The park is an important part of Kungsberget, and we want to continue developing it. Therefore, the park will be a natural part of your work. We would like you to have an interest in park skiing and want to help create an even better experience for our guests. You are a problem-solver who likes to work independently. We also see that you have an interest in downhill skiing and enjoy working with people – both adults and children. You are flexible, stress-resistant, step up when needed, and like to work across department boundaries. That you are cheerful, positive, and service-oriented is a given for us. At Kungsberget, we believe that happy employees lead to happy guests. Requirements You are comfortable with both English and Swedish. You can ski or snowboard. Meritorious Interest in park skiing and a desire to contribute to the development of our park. Access to a car and a driver's license. Application This is a seasonal position from November/December to April and the position is covered by HRF's collective agreement. Kungsberget collaborates with Ljung & Sjöberg to prevent alcohol, drug, and gambling problems and is a certified Proactive workplace in this regard.
