Description The Rehabilitation Unit in Kungälv is a workplace where occupational therapists, physical therapists, and rehabilitation assistants work closely with patients, staff, and colleagues. Our shared goal is to create the best conditions for an independent and meaningful life for those we meet. Within municipal primary care, we are responsible for rehabilitation in regular housing, in care and residential facilities, within disability services, at our short-term unit, and basic-level habilitation. The unit continuously strives to develop, improve, and drive projects in rehabilitation, welfare technology, and new ways of working. The unit is centrally located in City Hall with proximity to bus stops, bike paths, and parking. The office environment is bright and activity-based with close proximity to other colleagues in municipal primary care. Job Responsibilities Kungälv Municipality is growing in population and we need to expand our rehabilitation unit. Would you like to work with stimulating, meaningful tasks including assessment, treatment, equipment trials and prescriptions, delegation, as well as guidance and training of care personnel? Would you like to join an engaged team and participate in municipal development work? Then we have the right position for you. The work is varied, dynamic, and independent, but also requires close collaboration with other professional categories both internally and externally. Qualifications We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist with a genuine interest in this field of practice and person-centered care. Experience with similar work is an asset but not required. You should have good computer skills. A driver's license (Category B) is required. We would like to see that you are curious, solution-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities. A six-month probationary period may be applied. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. We welcome your application!
