About the Training and Exercise Platoon The Training and Exercise Platoon has a central role in the battalion's development, particularly within healthcare. The platoon is responsible for planning and implementing position-specific training and the battalion's development within healthcare. The platoon consists of various professional categories: civilians, specialist officers, and GSS/K. The platoon is growing and is currently staffed primarily by civilian clinical personnel. Main Duties As platoon commander, you are responsible for the platoon's operations, personnel, and development. You lead the platoon's daily work and ensure that training, exercises, and operations are conducted according to established goals. Together, they create the conditions to quickly receive, treat, and evacuate injured and sick soldiers under demanding conditions.
