What we are looking for in you We are looking for you—a confident and business-oriented leader in finance with the ability to switch between strategic perspectives and operational execution. You have a solid background in controlling, accounting, reporting, and financial management, and are experienced working close to the business as an active member of the management team. You have a strong interest in digital development and good knowledge of IT, BI, and data analytics. You see the possibilities with AI and new technology, and have both the competence and drive to translate this into concrete value—by developing, streamlining, and future-proofing the finance function's working methods, processes, and decision support. With sharp analytical skills and good business acumen, you contribute insights that drive the organization forward. You have experience with change and development work and thrive in a role where you can influence direction and create results. As a person, you are structured and clear, with communication skills that enable you to translate complex relationships into relevant decision-making materials. You build trust, work solution-oriented, and drive matters through to completion. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
