You will build a dedicated project management function, develop working methods and processes, and ensure that our projects are executed efficiently, structurally, and with clear commercial focus. At the same time, you are an accessible leader who is present in the operations, with customers, and on construction sites. You report to Marina Gasparius, Business Area Manager Prefab, and become an important part of the business area's management team. You have clear leadership, are confident in your decisions, and have the ability to build trust both internally and externally. You see opportunities where others see challenges and are driven to develop both operations and people. We Believe You Have Academic education in construction, engineering, industrial economics, or equivalent Several years of experience leading complex projects with responsibility for results and profitability Experience in management or leadership roles with personnel responsibility Good commercial understanding and experience working with contracts, calculations, and employer's requirements Experience from construction, prefab, infrastructure, or other project-intensive industrial operations Documented experience in change management and operational development Ability to create engagement and build strong teams Why Thomas Betong? Best Side Gig in Gothenburg – Make Money Where the Party Is!

Best side gig in town – make money where the party is 🍒 "A year ago, I barely knew what blackjack was. Now I'm working at Cherry's most fun bars, running the tables, and earning more than many of my friends." – Linn, 21 years old What's it really like to work as a blackjack dealer? Linn, one of our employees, explains: What the job actually involves: You stand at the blackjack table, deal the cards, keep track of the game, and make sure everyone's having a good time. You set the vibe. One night you might have a table full of women on a bachelorette party, the next night a company on a Christmas dinner, and then a great group out after work. You're the face of it all – warm, clear, professional. And no, you don't need to know anything about cards or games. All that's required is that you're social, calm under pressure, and actually enjoy meeting people. You'll learn the rest through Cherry's free internal training. Why this job? I've tried most things like cashiering, serving, telemarketing. This is the first side gig that actually feels like more than just trading hours for money. Why you should choose Cherry: No two nights are the same, so you'll never get bored. You get paid to be social and present in a fun environment, not to hide behind a screen or in a stockroom. Every shift is a discovery journey among new people, so you become really good at reading people, talking, and staying on top of things (without even thinking about it). You quickly realize that you're a big part of the atmosphere, and without you it's not quite the same flow. You build experience that makes you great at all service jobs (and honestly, life in general). It's a flexible job that you can combine with studies or other commitments. About Cherry: Cherry Spelglädje has existed since 1963 and is Sweden's largest operator of land-based commercial gaming, holding over 80% of the market. We're about 600 people spread across 40 districts throughout the country. On the floor, Cherry is a great team where camaraderie is strong and many find lifelong friends. Who we think is a good fit: We're looking for someone who contributes to a good atmosphere at the tables, creates a safe gaming environment, and gets guests to feel welcome. You notice quickly when the right person is there. You're a social person who likes the pace and doesn't get stressed when things move fast. You think evenings and weekends are prime time. The practicalities: Scope: at least 4 weekend evenings/month, approximately 20 hours – more if you want Times: evenings and nights, primarily Fridays and Saturdays Salary: from 161 kr/h + overtime, commission, vacation pay, pension contributions Collective agreement via HRF, affiliated with Visita. Age requirement: 18 years old This is one of the few jobs where who you are as a person actually matters, not what's on your CV. Send in your application directly and I hope to see you soon! If you have any questions before applying, just call or email Michell, she's the position manager in Gothenburg. Michell Forczek · 0708-85 15 55 · [email protected] Follow us on Instagram: @cherryspelgladje Cherry Spelglädje AB has since 1963 – through integrity, responsibility, and commitment – delivered gaming entertainment at restaurants, lounges, bars, hotels, and nightclubs throughout Sweden, from Ystad in the south to Kiruna in the north, and is divided into three regions with offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm. Cherry Spelglädje AB is part of the Cherry With Friends group. Spelglädje AB is the largest operator in the country of land-based commercial gaming and holds over 80 percent of the market. Through organic growth combined with strategic acquisitions, Cherry Spelglädje today has very good geographic coverage.
