About the role You will be the person who holds the restaurant together when the owner is not on site. You lead the staff, create structure, take responsibility for the guests, and actively work to ensure the restaurant continues to develop. We are looking for someone who sees opportunities, brings their own ideas, and enjoys creating results. Your areas of responsibility • Lead daily operations • Ensure service and guest experience • Plan staffing and work allocation • Actively work to attract returning guests • Create activities, corporate events, and partnerships • Take initiative in marketing together with the owner • Monitor costs and work for good profitability • Contribute to order, structure, and a positive work climate • Be the link between kitchen, service, and guests We believe you Do not necessarily have the longest experience.
