About the Role We are now seeking a coach to work in Västerbotten based in Umeå and surrounding areas, within the transition fund TSL. In this role, you will work closely with job seekers, motivating, supporting, and guiding them toward employment or education. You will create action plans, follow up on interventions, and provide creative solutions to help each individual reach their goals. An important part of the work is actively building and developing relationships with local employers to create employment opportunities. The role also includes administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting. You will be part of an engaged team and collaborate with colleagues in other locations. Employment Part-time, approximately 30–50% depending on the scope of the assignment, with the possibility of expansion if needed. Permanent employment starting August 1st. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has at least 7 years of work experience Has at least 3 years of experience in transition/redeployment Has relevant post-secondary education (minimum 180 credits or equivalent) Has good knowledge of the labor market, preferably with a local network in Västerbotten Is self-directed, structured, and results-oriented Has strong communication skills and a coaching approach Has good digital skills A driver's license and access to a car are required for this position. You're responsible for ensuring the store runs optimally while being an important part of our e-commerce team and the operational work behind both SLIQHAQ and UnderCclub. The responsibilities are varied and include: Responsibility for daily store operations and customer experience. Sales, advice, and customer service. Warehouse, receiving and shipping, and inventory management. Purchasing, assortment planning, and margin monitoring. Updating and developing our web shop and digital assortment. Planning, structure, and follow-up using business systems, AI, and analytics. Contributing to marketing and campaigns. Helping to develop our routines, processes, and ways of working according to LEAN principles. You'll work closely with the company's founder and be involved in building an organization that will continue to grow for many years to come.
