About the Role As a project manager at Peab, you assist the site manager with project leadership, planning, work preparation, and follow-up. You work to keep construction production running and minimize the risk of delays and disruptions by leading the craftspeople and coordinating what happens on the project. A good work environment is important to Peab, and as a project manager you ensure that work environment is in focus. You will have extensive contact with Peab employees, subcontractors, customers, and clients. We are Looking for You If: - You have construction engineering education - You have a B-class driver's license and access to a car - You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing - It is advantageous if you have experience in the role of project manager within the construction industry As a person, you are driven and enjoy leading and supporting our employees in their work. Your commitment and ideas are welcome—they can help us do things better, safer, and more efficiently. As a project manager at Peab, you have an important role in creating community, commitment, and good teamwork. As a person, you are a problem-solver, structured, and have an easy time prioritizing.
