About Us SLIQHAQ and UnderCclub are two businesses with a shared goal of offering the market's best products and experiences in skincare and lifestyle for both women and men. SLIQHAQ is an award-winning store and e-commerce business in Umeå with over ten years of experience. We offer a carefully curated selection of skincare, haircare, and fragrance products, as well as beard care. Our unique twist is that we also have a watch repair service and sell watches. UnderCclub is our distribution and agency business where we represent well-known international brands throughout Sweden and Scandinavia. Some of the brands we work with are Acca Kappa, Mühle, Kent Brushes, and Claus Porto. Our customers range from small boutiques and hair salons to companies like Lyko, NK, Boozt, Care of Carl, Trendhim, and Made4men. We are a small, cohesive team that likes to think together, make quick decisions, and continuously improve our ways of working. You're responsible for ensuring the store runs optimally while being an important part of our e-commerce team and the operational work behind both SLIQHAQ and UnderCclub. The responsibilities are varied and include: Responsibility for daily store operations and customer experience. Sales, advice, and customer service. Warehouse, receiving and shipping, and inventory management. Purchasing, assortment planning, and margin monitoring. Updating and developing our web shop and digital assortment. Planning, structure, and follow-up using business systems, AI, and analytics. Contributing to marketing and campaigns. Helping to develop our routines, processes, and ways of working according to LEAN principles. You'll work closely with the company's founder and be involved in building an organization that will continue to grow for many years to come. The role is broad and developmental, giving you the opportunity to learn large parts of the business. We offer a permanent full-time position (100%) with salary by agreement. Start date by agreement, preferably before October 1st.
