We are seeking an occupational hygienist for the Dermatology and STD Clinic at Norrlands University Hospital. The clinic is responsible for specialized care in dermatology and sexually transmitted diseases throughout Västerbotten and also has regional healthcare responsibility for a number of diagnostic groups, including more advanced occupational and environmental dermatology investigations. As a university clinic, we also have other specialist clinics in areas such as vulvar diseases, genital dermatology, tumors, dermatological surgery, and laser treatments. Operations are located at Norrlands University Hospital, but we also have telemedicine clinics in Lycksele and Skellefteå where light therapy is available. The clinic conducts research and education in close collaboration with Umeå University. As a staff member at the Dermatology and STD Clinic, you are part of a work group consisting of various professional groups and specialties. Together we create a pleasant and developmental work environment. Approximately 40 people work at the clinic. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As an occupational hygienist with us, you contribute knowledge and dedication that makes people feel secure. You will play an important role in our investigations of work and environment-related skin conditions. These mainly involve determining the causes of the patient's symptoms and identifying any contact allergies using patch testing. You will work independently but in close collaboration with doctors and nurses in the team, as well as other staff at the clinic. Work tasks include exposure investigations through patient interviews on-site or via telephone/digital means. Through contact with companies and online research, you gather information about product content and subsequently make testing proposals, procure test substances, and prepare test preparations. Native Language Teacher in Lule Sámi, Center for Multilingualism

Do you speak Lule Sámi? Finnish, Yiddish, Meänkieli, Romani Chib, and Sámi are national minority languages in Sweden. Students who belong to one of the national minorities have the right to instruction in their native language, regardless of whether it is a living language in the home or not. This means that students have the right to study the language even if it is a beginner language. Umeå Municipality WANTS MORE when it comes to developing instruction in national minority languages, with particular focus on preschool and younger children. A longer-term development project is underway based on finding successful language models for instruction in and through the national minority language for both first and second language speakers. We are now looking for you to help our students continue to develop their language, culture, and identity! The clinic is climate-smart through self-sufficiency in electricity and heating, among other things. We are now seeking a nurse for Ward 4. Ward 4 is an inpatient ward with 13 beds and approximately 30 employees. Our focus and target group is individuals with dual diagnosis—mental health issues combined with addiction/substance abuse. In addition to the ward, we have an attached detoxification unit with 6 beds. We also work with acute and planned detoxification treatments. Do you speak North Sami? Finnish, Yiddish, Meänkieli, Romani Chib, and Sami are national minority languages in Sweden. Students who belong to one of the national minorities have the right to instruction in their mother tongue, regardless of whether it is a living language at home or not. This means the student has the right to study the language even if it is a beginner language. Umeå Municipality WANTS MORE when it comes to developing instruction in the national minority languages, with a particular focus on preschool and younger children. An extended development initiative is underway with the goal of finding successful language models for instruction in and through the national minority language for both first and second language speakers.
